"Works fine, but the price is kinda on them"
I ordered this from igloocoolers.com the cooler does what it’s supposed to do. It keeps drinks cold, shipping was fine, no major complaints there. I just feel like the price was a little high for what it is, and that’s kinda on them. You can probably find something similar for less if you shop around. Not a bad cooler at all, just not the best value in my opinion.

"Fits just like I hoped"
I got my Igloo cooler and the measurements were pretty much exactly what they said. It fits in the back of my car the way I planned, and the inside space seems right too. I really appreciate that there wasnt any guessing or random surprises when it showed up.

"Sturdy, but the handle could be better"
After I paid, I’ll admit I was a little unsure if it was actually going to be as solid as advertised, but it turned out to be built sturdy. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the handle felt a bit smoother in the hand.

"Drains quick and stayed totally dry"
I used this cooler all weekend and was happy with it. The drain worked faster than I expected, and I kept checking around the plug because I’m picky about little leaks, but it stayed completely dry. No random puddle in the trunk, no damp spot under it, nothing. Nice to not have a car mess to deal with after a long weekend.

"My new go-to for cold drinks"
I’m a little biased because I really hate when drinks get warm, but this thing seriously impressed me. I packed it for the weekend and the ice was still hanging around by the end. Definitely keeps drinks cold way longer than I expected.

"I picked up this Igloo cooler last…"
I picked up this Igloo cooler last month, which was bad timing because I could’ve really used it earlier in the summer. The lid seal is super solid, though. No leaking in the car at all, and the ice lasted way longer than it ever did in my old cooler. I didn’t expect much since it’s simple, but it actually does the job really well.

"Still holding up really well"
I’ve had this cooler for a while now and it’s definitely been knocked around more than a few times. It’s got some little scuffs here and there, mostly on the corners, but the lid still lines up and closes smoothly, no cracks anywhere, and the handles don’t feel loose or wobbly. Even the latch area still feels solid. Overall, I’m happy with how well it’s held up...

The cooler itself is fine and does what I need it to do, but getting any help was annoying. I emailed twice and ended up waiting days for a reply, which felt like being stuck in a never-ending customer service queue. When they finally got back to me, the response seemed a bit rushed. Not a terrible experience overall, but they really need to speed up their support

"Honestly, This Thing Saved My Arms"
The handle pulls out super easily and the wheels roll really smooth on pavement. I was way too excited about that, like it was some kind of life-changing technology. It gets a little bumpy on gravel, but still, compared to carrying it around? Absolute miracle. My arms are basically throwing a thank-you parade

"Easy cleanup after long days out"
This cooler has been super easy to deal with after a day outside. Stuff spills, it happens. But nothing really sticks, so I can just wipe it down fast and be done. Nice. The drain is actually really helpful too. My old cooler used to get nasty way quicker, so this has been a big improvement. Happy.

The latch on my cooler cracked, so I reached out to warranty support. They got back to me within a couple of days and sent the replacement part without making it a hassle. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a smooth experience and the service felt fair.

"Stayed leak-free after a trunk mishap"
I used my Igloo cooler for a beach day, I think it was last weekend or maybe the weekend before, and it ended up tipping over in the trunk on the way home. I was totally expecting to open the trunk and find water everywhere, but it stayed dry. The ice had melted a little, but nothing leaked out at all. happy with it.

"Lightweight and easy to carry"
I ordered my cooler from igloocoolers.com and the thing I noticed right away was how light it is. I can carry it from the car to the beach without feeling like my arm is going to fall off, which is a huge plus. It still fits plenty of drinks and snacks, so it’s been really handy. Shipping was smooth and I didn’t have any problems there. I just wish the instructions or setup info were a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with it.

Took my Igloo cooler on a weekend camping trip and, like I kind of expected, I figured the ice would be mostly gone by Sunday. Surprisingly, there was still ice in there Sunday afternoon. I did pre-chill it a little beforehand, so I’m sure that helped, but still, it worked better than I assumed it would. Drinks stayed cold the whole time and I never had to make an extra ice run. Simple cooler, but it does the job...

"Pretty Easy Ordering Experience"
Ordering from igloocoolers.com was simple. I found the cooler I wanted really fast, and checkout was super easy with no issues. I got the confirmation email right away too, which was nice. The only thing was that the pages loaded a little slow on my phone, and that was kind of annoying. Other than that, it was a really good experience overall

"Easy exchange when I ordered the wrong size"
I accidentally order the wrong cooler size and had to swap it. The return label came through quick, and they got the exchange sorted without me having to send a bunch of emails back and forth. The new one shows up fine and everything was good.
